Replicator for Microsoft® Dynamics 365 Business Central

The following components are required to use the Microsoft® Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) replicator:
Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.8
Microsoft® Azure Active Directory® account


Please follow the general instructions for setting up a replicator on the Replicator Wizard page.

Procedure for Adding a Replicator

  1. Select the type of data source
    Select the database type "Microsoft® Dynamics 365 Business Central".
  2. Define the credentials with which the data source can be accessed:
    To do this, register an application of type Application in the Microsoft® Azure Portal https://portal.azure.com. Instructions can be found in the estos Support Portal at:
    Commissioning of the replicator for Microsoft® Dynamics 365. The procedure is the same for Microsoft® Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  3. Transfer the generated data to the Microsoft® Dynamics 365 Business Central Login dialog box.
  4. Select the Environment. Reading the environments requires special permissions. If these permissions are not available, the list remains empty and Environment (e.g., “Production”) must be entered.
  5. Select a Company.
  6. Select an Entity. If the "All Entities" checkbox is selected, all existing entities are read from the Dynamics BC schema. These entities may not contain any contact details.

    A filter can be specified optionally.

    1. Syntax: Attribute Operator 'Value'
    2. Comparison operators such as eq, ne, gt, ge, lt, le are supported.
    3. Logical operators and / or are supported.
    4. String values must be enclosed in single quotation marks '...'.
