Replicator for Salesforce CRM

	The following components are required to use the Salesforce replicator:
	Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.6.1
	A valid Salesforce user account for generating the Client ID, Client Secret, and Security Token.
	The authentication method Password is obsolete and should no longer be used!

Please follow the general instructions for setting up a replicator on the Replicator Wizard page.

Procedure for Adding a Replicator

1. Select Data Source Type: Select the Salesforce database type.
2. Select an authentication method
OAuth
• Enter your Salesforce Client ID.
• Enter your Salesforce client secret.
• Enter your Salesforce user name.
• Enter password+security token.
Password
• Enter your Salesforce user name.
• Enter password+security token.
• The URL usually does not need to be changed and can be reset to the default setting by clicking the Default button if necessary.
3. After changing the URL it can be reset to default with the default button. Normally channges here are not needed.
   You can change the URL only by adapting the configfile MetaDirectoryServer.xml.
4. Select the Salesforce object to replicate. The default is 'Contact'.

6. Datasource location settings
7. Schedule replication plan
8. Defining additional applications to be started
9. Assigning a name for the new replicator
