If the ixi-UMS Client Tools are installed on a Citrix server, the service "Citrix printer manager service" has to be terminated in addition to the Deactivation of the policy.
After having installed the ixi-UMS Client Tools, the printer "IFax" should be available at the server.
When the installation has been completed successfully and the printer is available, the service can be restarted.
