By means of the Fax/SMS-button in the memo form, you can also add Fax- and SMS-recipient from the Names and Address Book to the recipient field.

When you click on one of these buttons, you can choose Fax/SMS recipient (also groups) by means of the dialog stated below.

Provided that the user has a fax number or mobile phone number,  

it is inserted in the respective address field in the correct format.
