Via the ixi-UMS voice-mailbox configuration, the users can administer their profile settings and announcements comfortably via their browser.

The settings portrayed in the following are always valid for all the users.

Important:

In order to be able to record announcements via the ixi-UMS voice-mailbox configuration (menue "Profile),

·the phone numbers of the office telephones have to be entered in the LDAP data base at "telephoneNumber"

or

·the users must be allowed to enter their phone number themselves.

 

 

If no phone number can be read out, the "record buttons" remain grayed out also when used.
