Configure "Master Account" IMAP Access

User mailboxes must be included in the "master account" mailbox.

Please perform the following steps:

·Change to "master account's" mailbox and choose "Tools" - "Preferences"

·Go to "Access & Delegation" and "Shortcuts to Others' Mail"
·By adding users to "Show mail owend by the following users", ixi-UMS mobile access is enabled.
