Message store

If no mail server is available for the incoming message, all incoming ixi-UMS messages and responses can be stored in the local database. - Individual setting possible per user / instance. Prerequisite: In ixi-UMS Kernel, archiving must be activated.

 

In that case, users can access all ixi-UMS messages and reports only through the ixi-UMS Web Journal.

This setting is valid for all users and all ixi-UMS message types.

If the incoming ixi-UMS messages and reports are not to be sent to the mail server, they must be deleted by the ixi-UMS Mail Server Connector.

 

Error messages and notifications created by the ixi-UMS system will continue to be delivered.

 

The function "print Incomming" in the ixi-UMS Render Connector is still available.

 

The functions "SenderIdentification", OCR and "Date / Time per Page" in the ixi-UMS Render Connector, as well as the remote inquiry of ixi-UMS messages by phone with the ixi-UMS Enhanced Voice Package are no longer available.
