The absent state of a user/contact in the ucserver.

AsnAbsentSate is used to describe the manual presence of a User.
The manual presence is used to override the system calculated presence state of the user until a new system
state is calculated or the system calculated one is back to "available" again.
So the manual presence overrides the actual presence at the moment it is set, but it will be overridden by new system
events other than "available".
