Call duration per project, differentiated according to outgoing and incoming (dark blue = direct, light blue = forwarded) calls. The projects are always arranged in alphabetical order. Not taken into account are missed calls (call duration = 0).
To analyze the call durations with a project, click on the bar of the project. A new graphic opens with the Call Durations for a Project over Time.
