Introduction

estos ECSTA for Avaya IP Office provides a telephony service provider (TSP) for Microsoft® TAPI 2.1 (also 2.2 and 3.0). This TAPI driver creates a central communication route between a PC and the telephone system. estos ECSTA for Avaya IP Office uses the Avaya One-X portal application to communicate with the telephone system.
