Introduction

estos ECSTA for OpenScape Business makes several Telephony Service Providers for Microsoft® TAPI 2.1 (and 2.2 and 3.0, as well) available. These TAPI drivers create a central communication system between a server and the telephone system. All telephone system devices are available on this server as TAPI lines.

All estos ECSTA for OpenScape Business drivers use the efficient CSTA interface in order to communicate with the telephone system.

For the installation and management of the driver see Driver Management.
