When setting up the driver, follow these steps:

  1. Check network connection
    If the connection is established using TCP/IP, check if you can reach the PBX system (ping hostname)
  2. Test CSTA License in the telephone system
    An OpenCSTA 100 license is required in the telephone system. This license can be activated as a demo license in the system.
  3. Test device ID in the telephone system
    If several telephones have the same phone number, then this device ID must be obtained. See Configure Telephone system.
